The Pro feature perks (all AI effects unlocked, watermark-free virtual camera, watermark-free photo / recording / export) take effect in the Windows desktop app. Just sign in there with the same account — no activation code. The web experience and web image / video processing are not effect-gated and are billed purely in credits, so on the web what you need is credits rather than a tier; if you only use the website, a credit pack is enough.
They stay valid for a full year. Membership credits are valid for 365 days from arrival — the same as packs, and longer than the 30-day membership term: when your membership lapses the feature perks (effects / camera / watermark removal) fall back to the free tier, but credits already granted stay usable for their full 365 days, so credits no longer vanish before the membership does. Renewing mid-term pushes your membership expiry further out and grants another fresh batch (each counting its own 365 days). Spending is soonest-to-expire first, so the batch closest to expiry goes first.
After payment this page enters a "Confirming your payment" state and reconciles automatically, usually within a dozen seconds. If nothing has changed after 30 seconds, reload the page first (entitlements follow the server ledger, and a reload re-syncs them). If they are still missing, email the order number to [email protected] and we will verify and credit it manually. Please do not buy again — a duplicate payment does arrive, but the two batches then each run their own 365-day clock.

Membership effect perks, however, apply in the desktop app: the web app gates no effects, so effect unlocking, watermark-free virtual camera and watermark-free export all show up in the client. The exception is Pro+'s 1080P-and-above video processing, which is enforced on both web and desktop.
No. Pro / Pro+ are one-time purchases giving 30 days of access with no auto-renewal — simply buy again whenever you need to, and renewing mid-term extends from your existing expiry date. Both membership-granted and pack credits stay usable within their 365-day window and are not forfeited when the membership lapses.
To balance processing speed and experience, the Free tier and Pro membership cap video processing at 720P (short side no more than 720). Pro+ exclusively unlocks 1080P and above HD video processing, enforced on both the web app and the desktop client. If your source's short side exceeds 720, upgrade to Pro+ to process it at its original resolution; material at 720P or below can be processed on any tier.
